Important Support Updates for Microsoft AX users

As of October 2021, Microsoft will begin to phase out their support services for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, Dynamics AX 2012, Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and Dynamics AX 2012 R3. So what does this mean exactly? Find out more about how your company could be impacted by these changes.

Affected Products

If you currently use these products, some support options will still be available to you for a limited time. For example, if you use Dynamics AX 2009 or AX 2012, the mainstream support ended in October, but you will still be able to access security hot-fixes until at least April 12, 2022. For Dynamics AX 2012 R3 customers, security hot-fixes will be available until January 10, 2023.
